Bethenny's Talk Show Cancelled!!!!!!!!

Let me just start off saying that I really thought Bethenny's Show was good. I know she was kinda corny from time to time but I really thought she had a good thing going. I mean all the Guest that she had on the show was really good. I guess you can't win with these crazy ratings. I guess that Omarosa really knew what she was talking about. I bet that Jill from "The Real Housewives of NewYork" is jumping for joy that she is off tv. 

According to the Hollywood Reporter:

“We are incredibly proud of the creativity, passion and professionalism Bethenny and her staff brought to daytime each and every day and look forward to finishing out the season with more great original episodes,” said a spokesperson for producer Telepictures (a division of Warner Bros. TV). “While we are disappointed not to be able to bring the series back for a second season, we remain convinced that Bethenny has a unique voice and that she will continue to be successful in the future.”

Frankel added: “I had a blast doing this show with Telepictures. My entire staff worked so hard and made every day so much fun. I am thankful for the experience and for all my fans who tuned in every day.”

The show had been on the bubble all season as it failed to draw a large enough total audience to insure it would be renewed. What was working was Frankel’s pull among the key demographic of women 25 to 54, who showed a lot of loyalty to her and the show.

The show had a season to date average rating in households of 0.9 (about 1.15 million viewers a day), which makes it among the lowest rated syndicated talk shows, only beating The Test and Tricia most weeks. Bethenny, however, had a strong 0.7 rating in the key demo.

Bethenny’s 0.7 demo matched Queen Latifah‘s first-season ratings, but Frankel’s show was far behind Latifah’s in total audience. Latifah is averaging more than 1.5 million viewers a day.

Sources told The Hollywood Reporter this was an economic decision that Telepictures had to make. Frankel and DeGeneres was also profit participants in the show, as were others.

In recent weeks, Telepictures had been trying to find a cable outlet to carry Bethenny in addition to the show being syndicated as a way to generate more revenue and make the entire package viable.  Apparently they were not able to find that second run, which doomed the show.

The Fox station group had tested Bethenny last summer and gotten a similar result. Total household viewership was not impressive but the key demos were. Bethenny has a big following among women from her appearances on Bravo’s Real Housewives of New York, other shows, books and her line of Skinny Girl products.

Sources say the Fox station group had told Telepictures they would continue to carryBethenny for a second season in the biggest markets, with the costs involved in the show that was not enough.

The New Nomal has Been Cancelled! What is Nene Leakes going to do?

Well I guess Nene Leakes will really be showing out on Season 6, Because the hollywood starlet will not be on  her sitcom "The New Normal" "The New Normal" has been canceled, NBC announced.
To be honest with you people the show was funny but it really aired on a day when people were not looking at TV or it had a big competition. Maybe if it had aired on Wednesday at 8pm it would be gearing up for a second season
The single-camera comedy from Ali Adler and Ryan Murphy had been a modest performer for the troubled Peacock network: It debuted with an impressive 2.5 rating in the adults 18-49 demo with 6.88 million viewers -- aided by "The Voice" as a lead-in, along with timeslot companion "Go On" -- but had slid to 1.4 and 3.39 million viewers by its season finale. At its lowest, the series was drawing only a 0.7 and a paltry 2.11 million.

The now-canceled "New Normal" starred Andrew Rannells and David Bartha as a couple in Los Angeles looking to start a family. They meet Goldie Clemmons (Georgia King), a single mother to the precocious Shania (Bebe Wood), who decides to be their surrogate, much to the dismay of her very conservative and opinionated grandmother Jane (Ellen Barkin). The comedy also starred NeNe Leakes as Rocky Rhoades, Bryan's former production assistant, and Jayson Blair as Clay Clemmons, Goldie's estranged husband and Shania's father

Rannells also reached out to fellow former broadway actor Laura Berlanti, the star of the also-canceled "Go On" on Twitter:
"The New Normal" saw its share of controversy in its freshman season, drawing the ire of conservative anti-gay group One Million Moms, who urged viewers to boycott the series. A Utah affiliate refused to air the show, leading GLAAD to partner with Equality Utah to try and change their minds, to no avail.

Well Nene, you are good you are still A Real Housewife of Atlanta, you are very RICH, Getting a wedding spinoff, plus she is still on Glee so she should be fine until her next big acting gig!
