Teresa Giudice Jail: Joe still Facing Separate Charges Amid couples Fraud Ordeal

While Teresa and Joe Giudice are looking at possible jail time after pleading guilty to serious fraud charges last month, Joe has more issues with the law that he's facing.
Teresa and Joe Could Lose Everything?
He is set for a hearing on June 2 in the Superior Court in Paterson after he allegedly used a fake ID to get a driver's license. His own license was suspended at the time.
If he is found guilty, he could spend up to 10 years behind bars.
Joe and Teresa's Trial to be 'Much Of' New 'RHONJ' Season?
The state of New Jersey has offered the reality TV husband a plea deal that would come with four years in prison; Joe would have to serve at least two before he is considered for parole, his lawyer, Miles Feinstein revealed Thursday. As of now Joe has not accepted the deal.
However, he still has to wait until his federal charges for fraud (including bankrupt and mortgage) are handled before agreeing to a plea deal or even taking the case to trial. However, if he does go ahead and take the deal in the state case, he could serve both his state and fraud sentence at the same time or one after the other.
For the Real Housewives of New Jersey couple's federal fraud case, Joe is looking at 37-46 months in prison. He would have to serve at least 85 percent of that term and could still be deported back to Italy afterward. Teresa is looking at 21-27 months behind bars. She also had to pay the government $200,000. They are both scheduled to be sentenced on July 8.

TLC cast member from "THE SISTERHOOD" Indicted for Forgery

Chile now this is just a travesty and Twenty shames, First let the Church say amen for her Edges, and Bless her heart for this lovely mugshot. Now I know I am writing this correctly, I know the Pastor's Wife is not in the jail cell, Please say it aint so. So please sit down and make sure you have your prayer cloth to put on your legs because this Cranapple TEA flavored WINE that I am about to pour is going to give you the best Gag you have ever had. So it goes a little something like this,A reality television star from Lawrenceville who claimed to tutor low-income students was indicted last week on allegations of forgery, prosecutors said.

A Fulton County grand jury charged Domonique Scott, one of the stars of TLC’s “The Sisterhood,” with first-degree forgery and three counts of giving false statements, authorities said. “The Sisterhood,” which debuted in January, followed the wives of five metro Atlanta preachers. She and her husband lost their church, The Good Life Ministry, after falling on hard times.

Prosecutors said Tuesday that Scott submitted bogus documents purporting false assets and liabilities related to the ownership of a tutoring company that allegedly only existed on paper in an attempt to qualify for the federal Supplemental Education Services tutoring program.
Scott sent to the state Department of Education a false balance sheet, a false statement of net income, a program summary showing a false start date for her company and a forged letter from a fictitious bank representing a non-existent cash line of credit, prosecutors said.
Scott’s company was hired to tutor students in DeKalb, Clayton, Bibb, Richmond and Muscogee counties as a result of the fraudulent documents, prosecutors said.

The federal program eventually dropped Scott’s company, prosecutors said.

If convicted, she faces up to 25 years in prison and fines of up to $400,000, Chile well I know she will not be getting money from her church to pay this healthy amount. Well I guess we will see what happens with this foolery.
