Apparently there is some kind of truth to the rumors that Scrappy proposed to long time friend and cast mate Shay Johnson. Well something has happened and Shay looks very happy at the moment. As seen in the picture below Shay, Shay's Celebrity Hairstylist Kyaira Brown and friends are celebrating something. They have the wine glasses up in the air, I guess she gave them the good news and they are very Happy. Congrats Shay, I know Erica is pissed but she will get over it. Karma is a BITCH!
