cars. TMZ reports Ray J will not be on the show but producing it with
Mona Scott Young.
Sources close to the sex tape star/singer tells TMZ the deal has 6 zeroes attached and Ray will not only star in "Love & Hip Hop L.A." but also develop showsfor the network with his manager Davis Weintraub
